untitled.garden and its apps are made by Adrian Galilea (adriangalilea.com), an independent developer based in Spain. The data controller for anything here is reachable at gardener@untitled.garden.

If you sign in (GitHub, Google, or Telegram): the name, email, and avatar your provider shares. If you participate: your proposals, votes, comments, and what you follow. If you follow by email without an account: that email address, only after you confirm it.

Anonymous proposals stay anonymous in public - the account link exists only so you can manage your own words.

No cookies, no ad tech, nothing stored in your browser, no selling anything to anyone. To see how visits move between pages, the site notes each page shown: how you got to it, how long it was on screen, which parts of it came into view, how fast it loaded and any error it hit. It files them under a code made from your IP address and browser with a random key that is thrown away at the end of each day. Your IP and browser are never stored, only your country; you get a new code every day, and once the key is gone no code can be traced back to anyone, us included. If your browser asks sites not to track it (Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track), nothing is noted at all. Cloudflare Web Analytics adds cookieless page counts.

The apps keep your data on your machine and send nothing about you. The one thing they send is a code made at random when the app is first opened, along with each update check, so we can count how many copies are in use without counting the same Mac twice. It is not made from anything about you or your Mac, it is scrambled again before we store it, and it is never joined to anything else. Downloads are counted server-side, anonymously and in aggregate. If any of that changes, this page changes with it.

We email you only for things you opted into: updates on requests you participated in, and release notes for projects you follow. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe that works without logging in.

Infrastructure only: Vercel (hosting), Turso (database), Cloudflare (DNS, media delivery, email sending). No other recipients.

Access, correction, deletion, the lot (GDPR applies - we're in Spain). You can edit or delete your own comments and proposals in place. For anything else, including deleting everything: email gardener@untitled.garden and the gardener will handle it personally.
